2) Dispatch & Delivery..... we will endeavour to dispatch or deliver most products by courier within 5 working days, although please allow up to 28 days on some non stock items. If the item ordered is no longer available or placed on back order, AlarmingEntertainment.co.uk will endevour to take all reasonable steps in order to contact the customer using the information given so please ensure this information supplied is correct and up to date. All dates are given only as approximate and all goods are subject to availability. Sometimes delays occur which are out of our direct control. Please check your goods on receipt or as soon as possible. Damage must be reported within 7 days after the delivery date to enable us to act appropriately. Beyond this time, AlarmingEntertainment.co.uk cannot take responsibility for any claim relating to damage in transit. Remember in any event please contact sales who will try to resolve any questions.

3) Prices & Payment..... we endeavour to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate. However we are entitled to make adjustments to the prices if due to an error or omission to the published price. We request that all goods are paid for on completion of order, cheques must be cleared prior to dispatch. We accept payment by credit/debit cards.

Please note that for our customers protection we operate an anti-fraud policy. As a result we WILL NOT ACCEPT an order where a 'Landline' telephone number cannot be supplied. We also cannot accept online orders without a valid email address. On the order you must provide us with the exact billing address and telephone number in order for us to contact you if the need arose. Please note inaccurate information will cause a delay in processing your order.

4) Delivery Charges..... All orders will be delivered "free of charge" as the actual cost for postage and packing is included in the price stated. The "free" delivery charge only applies to mainland UK addresses. Other areas or overseas please contact sales.

5) Returns Policy..... All new products sold are backed with a 12 month UK guarentee valid from the date of invoice unless otherwise stated. Any claim for damage in transit must be lodged within 7 days from the date of delivery and be in writing, either by email or by fax. Any claim for "fault on delivery" must be lodged within 7 days from the date of delivery. Damage to products which can attributed to poor installation/misuse or abuse/water damage etc will not covered under the terms of the guarentee. Items which are returned as faulty will be tested by an engineer and the fault diagnosed in order to establish the cause of the problem. Faults which fall within the terms of the guarentee will be repaired within a reasonable period and the goods returned as appropriate. "New for Old" replacement of faulty goods will only be possible if the goods are returned within 1 month of the date of invoice. The customer must cover all delivery and packageing costs for returned products in full and must insure the goods at the full original purchase value. All goods returned should be in the original packageing and must be complete. Any incomplete or badly packaged returned goods may result in a delay, or a failure meet the terms and conditions of the guarentee. The appropriate manufacturers guarentee overrides these terms where appropriate. These terms and conditions are deemed to be approved and accepted at the placement of order and are valid only within the UK
